£200 flat fee to hire venue
£8.95 per person - adult menu (25 person min)
£6.00 per person - children’s menu (15 person min)

The Mill Playcafé is the perfect venue for a larger event and can be hired exclusively for your use, with a fully stocked bar licensed to serve alcoholic drinks and we have some excellent drinks packages available on request.
If you have an event coming up where there are lots of children attending then we are the ideal venue. Your guests can relax, eat and drink in our spacious café area whilst the children play in the safe secure play centre. All within full view of your tables.

Food Options

Adults:
Option A /Hot -
• Farm shop beef teacakes with onions and gravy, served with a side of chips. Followed by baked New York cheesecake with forest berry coulis.

Option B / Buffet -
• Honey Roast Ham and Salad in Seeded Bloomer bread
• Fresh sliced corned beef with baby leaf lettuce and creamy horseradish mayo on white bloomer
• Free range egg mayo sandwiches with cress on white bloomer
• Savoury cheese and onion on Malted Bloomer
• Plus a selection of crisps, fruit and sweet treats.

Children:
• A selection of mini sandwiches on 50/50 sliced bread
• Cucumber sticks
• Cheese Cubes
• Selection of crisps
• Fruit and mini deserts
• Jugs of blackcurrant and orange squash

Of course we are open to discuss other options with you to suit your needs.
